— DEFINITION

Process mapping is a four-week engagement in which we document 10-15 key business processes in the BPMN standard. After the AS-IS phase we move to TO-BE, designing the target state with AI built in. The result: a ready foundation for implementation.

What you get

  • BPMN AS-IS for 10-15 key processes
  • BPMN TO-BE with a map of blockers to remove
  • A data flow diagram (DFD) between systems
  • A process dependency map
  • A list of 20-30 priority improvements
  • A migration plan to TO-BE (3-6 months)
