She has worked operationally in business, seeing up close how companies actually run, where they get stuck and what they really need before anything is automated or deployed. That practical experience became the foundation of yesfor.ai and of the principle „order first, AI second”.

She is the author of the YESFOR method, a six-pillar framework that guides a company through AI deployment in an orderly, risk-controlled way. She insists on one condition that sets yesfor.ai apart on the market: no deployment without a prior audit and process mapping. She runs training, process mapping and pilots for large enterprises in Poland.

She has helped companies build secure structures, reorganise entities, manage compliance and limit legal and operational risk. She advises owners and management on commercial law, contracts, board liability and asset protection.

At yesfor.ai she is responsible for the compliance of AI deployments with regulation, including the AI Act, for AI policies and for assessing legal risk on the client's side. She combines legal expertise with a practical view of the business, making sure solutions are compliant yet effective and genuinely deployable. She has experience in highly regulated industries, in particular the transport and logistics sector. She is a conference speaker and the author of expert publications.

He builds software, automation and AI solutions for international teams, always close to real user needs. He treats AI as one tool among many: it has to be used well, and it is not always the answer to a client's need.
