The current version, a readable stage, a client who sees progress without asking.
That is what a project looks like when we run it, instead of drowning in files called final_v3, in email, and in arrangements nobody wrote down.
What eats time today
- Drawings circulate by email and by the fourth revision nobody knows which version is current.
- The investor's comments arrive by phone and by email, so some of them get lost.
- At handover you have to prove when something was approved, and what exactly.

Schedules, protocols and summaries of what was agreed, the work that usually eats evenings, are put in order by AI.

Result
The practice stays ahead of sign-off dates instead of being caught out by them. Both sides look at the same version, so the argument about what was approved loses its basis.
